Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu is back in Nigeria after his visit to the National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in London.
The Governor is billed to unveil brand new 102 waste collection trucks assembled in Nigeria at Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja, today.
The Governor is also to unveil 100 double dino bins locally fabricated by the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA).
The materials for the double dino bins were locally sourced, and it is hoped that the equipment would greatly facilitate cleaner environment and sustainable waste management in line with international best practices.
