A graduating student of the Lagos State University, LASU, Oladimeji Shotunde has emerged with a 4.95 CGPA.
This was disclosed at the 24th Convocation Ceremony of the university held earlier today, with the wife of the Ogun State Governor, Mrs Bamidele Abiodun in attendance.
In the disclosure, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Olanrewaju Adigun Fagbohun NPOM congratulated Shotunde and other graduating students, while advising an entrepreneurial approach to self-sustenance after school rather than job search. Mr Shotunde’s success is not surprising, as Ogun State is known to be a base for the most outstanding intellectuals across interests in Nigeria.
Ogun State prides herself in hosting a notable number of academic institutions across levels, and these have over time produced men and women of stellar achievements such as Mr Oladimeji Shotunde.
